For Hollands Graslam, only animals with the right meat-to-fat ratio are selected. Lamb is lean, has a lovely flavour of its own and combines well with many fresh ingredients. The meat is tender and easy to digest. You can grill, roast or braise it. Even simply prepared, lamb tastes delicious!
