Trout is a perfect fish for grilling, both as a fillet and whole. Trout are on average about 30 centimetres long, the perfect size for a fish grilling basket. The fish tastes very good on its own and needs few additions. Trout is delicious, for example, when stuffed with lemon and dill and then cooked on the barbecue.
“After using the water once, we drain it away. This means the trout always swim in clean water. I have also developed a special feed together with a colleague, which contains a lot of protein and real fish oil. That pays off in a beautifully strong fish.”
“Because they have room to swim, they become stronger, bigger and tastier. Thanks to that space, the trout do not attack each other either. As a result, our trout are stress-free and flawless.
