Ingredients: 1 kg Chicken kebab; 1 items Shallot; 1 items Pointed pepper; 200 ml Crème fraîche; Fresh parsley; 12 gr Tangy chipotle seasoning & rub; Mozzarella; 1 items Egg; Wraps; Mozzarella; cornflakes

The filling of this wrap is made from chicken kebab with, among other things, chipotle spices, bell pepper, and crème fraîche.

Preparation

Let the chicken kebab thaw.
Finely chop a shallot and sauté together with finely chopped pointed pepper in a pan.
Mix this with the chicken kebab, crème fraîche, parsley, tangy chipotle, and a little mozzarella. Divide the mixture over the wraps.
Seal the wraps with beaten egg and coat them in cornflakes.
Top the wraps with a little mozzarella and bake in the oven at 175°C for a few minutes.
